2nd Quarter ~ Third Grade Work and Art
Wow! Look at the way our 3rd Grade students can demonstrate their knowledge in Math problem solving. These are just a few examples that show their thinking as they communicate the steps they used to solve a single Math problem. Quite impressive for 8 and 9 year old learners!
Also, our 3rd Graders have been making an IB inquiry into How We Express Ourselves. In this IB unit, they studied the relationship between early developers and their influence on a community and region, the impact of events on the establishment of a community, and how technological developments changed and can change a region.
See their cool projects below as they share with us their vision of how a community or region looked in the past, now, and will look in the future.
